Welcome to Four Chickadees and Me blog! It is here that I share my often pointless thoughts...my over stressed feelings and stories that are just to crazy to keep to myself! And yes...most include my girls I like to think of as my little chickadees...they indeed follow me everywhere!

Feel free to check out some of my other blogs that I have listed above...just click and enjoy!

Week(s) in Pictures: Nov. 28 -Dec. 31

I know.
I haven't blog for awhile.
How do I know this?
I have just spent the last 2o minutes trying to remember my log-in info. That's really bad, isn't it?!?!
But...lucky you, I finally got it right and HERE I AM!!!!

*The girls got to perform at the school Christmas program. The elementary put on a cute play about little mice and elves battling to get all the xmas gifts made!

We had a Mrs. Clause.....
and a little elf.....

a performer in band and choir.....

and a special guest made his appearance!
*Grandma Connie brought all sort of goodies to make sugar cookies with the girls.

*Us girls made a trip to KC to spend some time with my lil' sister. Lights on the Plaza...good food...ice skating at Crown Center....great trip!
Just look at those itty bitty skates.....awwwwww!!!
Then we went to a musical the next day...can you guess which one?!?! I'll give you some clues!
CLUE #1 " I can't put my arms down!"
" Well... put your arms down when you get to school." CLUE #2 "Now it was serious. A double-dog-dare. What else was there but a "triple dare
you? And then, the coup de grace of all dares, the sinister triple-dog-dare!"

CLUE #3 "What is a lamp, you nincompoop? It's a Major Award. I won it!"

CLUE #4 "Aunt Clara had for years labored under the delusion that I was not only perpetually 4 years old, but also a girl."

CLUE #5 We did NOT shoot our eyes out!!!!

*Christmas night we hosted the Edward Family Christmas....always a fun time! We added in a little bit more fun by having an Ugly Xmas Sweater Party! More pics of this fun night on facebook!
*Christmas was relaxing and enjoyable as usual! Mom loaded our bellies up with food and we spent the rest of the afternoon tearing off paper....picking up the paper...munching on leftovers and playing wii!

This year we started a new tradition...our "Family Tree". Each family is to bring an ornament that represents something special that has happened this year. My sister Julie and her family brought a bird house with a Daddy and Mommy bird...and medium size bird...and a cute little egg nestled in a nest....YEP...a baby on the way!!!! YAY!!!!
